Guardian Dentistry Partners Welcomes Tarek Aly as Chief Operating Officer

MIAMI – April 9, 2024 – Guardian Dentistry Partners (GDP) today announced the hire of Tarek Aly, BDS, MBA, CVA to the position of Chief Operations Officer. Tarek brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role, leveraging his diverse background in dentistry, business management and leadership. 

A graduate of Alexandria University in Egypt with a degree in Dentistry, Tarek furthered his education with a graduate certificate in Periodontics & Oral Medicine from the same institution. His commitment to excellence led him to pursue additional studies, earning an MBA from Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas and obtaining a CVA certification from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Aly’s professional journey includes establishing and leading successful dental, pediatric and orthodontic practices in both Egypt and the United States. Notably, he founded a thriving dental group in Texas, which later merged into a prominent Dental Service Organization (DSO), Community Dental Partners. Tarek’s contributions to the dental community extend beyond practice management; he serves on the Curriculum Committee for the Association of Dental Support Organizations (ADSO) and has founded a dental consulting firm, Precision Advisory, LLC. Additionally, he is a sought-after speaker at national dental industry events, sharing his insights and expertise with fellow professionals.

In his new role as Chief Operating Officer of Guardian Dentistry Partners, Aly will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and fostering growth opportunities for the network of dentist partners.
